Found the right property for our dream home!!

We were so impressed with Luann and her ability to guide us through our complicated buy of our property! She knew what we wanted- acreage in the trees, potential to build our own home, and close to my job - and wow did she deliver! We found a shell of a house 4 minutes from my work with 5 acres in the woods. It was a challenge to finance due to the level of finish the house is in but Luann guided us to the right people and we got the financing figured out! She helped every step of the way to make sure we were taken care of and understood the process. Now that we have the house, we have some questions about an easement to the property and she is there helping us find the people we need to be in contact with to learn more about it. Not only did she help us buy our dream home, she helped us sell our home and get our worth out of it. We had a hiccup with the smell of our house due to our cats and dogs and she helped get a cleaner to come out to our house and we got a carpet cleaning company to come clean the carpet. She then held a showing for us the week after we got it cleaned and it was sold within a day of that! She went above and beyond I would expect of an agent and I’ve heard of her doing that for others when needed. We then had some hiccups with fixing the issues the inspection found and she was there every step of the way to help us navigate that process! We felt so reassured with every question we had that she would have the answers or help us find someone who could answer it. I would recommend Luann to my family and friends because she is very knowledgeable in the industry, is very communicative and really cares and tries to understand what you are looking for as the buyer. She really goes above and beyond to make you feel like family!
