•This was the second home we purchased with Scott's help. He had showed us several houses in 2019. We looked again about 2 years later with him. Then we looked again at a property in 2021. The timing wasn't good for us. Scott stayed with us and continued to provide opportunities that that fit our parameters. In 2024 he emailed us with a potential option. We were on vacation. When we got back two days later, we took a look at the house, loved it, made an offer, and it was accepted the same day. He had done his homework. Then again in 2026, Scott helped us find our dream home and was able to navigate a complicated deal in order to put us our forever home. I can't imagine anyone having done a better job than Scott and his team. I have recommended him to other buyers, and he has come through for them as well. What a great guy!
