•Stacie continually communicated throughout the whole process and she ensured that either she or one of her team members was always reachable to answer any questions. She did thorough market research multiple times throughout the sales preparation and process as well. Her marketing techniques were extremely effective and she knew the “tricks of the trade” as to the best timing to post, when to hold the open house, best price point to use for the sales list price, etc. She was honest in her assessments and she provided sound advice. Her skill set as a photographer also enhances her sales and marketing abilities. She understands what types of photos resonate with buyers. She also used AI to generate incredible staged photos to allow potential buyers to envision what their life could be like in the property. Stacie was a consummate professional and I would highly recommend her.
