Hello, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Marlin Bosch I was very lucky to have been raised in Alaska in a Military Family. After leaving Alaska I attended Mt. Hood Community college in Portland Oregon where I studied business management and development. After school I moved to Vancouver Washington and obtained my Real-Estate license and began working with ERA Real-Estate in 1996. In 1999 I started Bosch Inspections Inc. in Vancouver WA. I moved to Tampa in 2002 and Worked as a Real Estate Appraiser till 2004 when I restated Bosch Home Inspections. In 2018 I return to Real Estate as a realtor with over 26 years of of industry Experience like no other agent out there. I am here to help you, contact me today.

Doesn't back down when things get tough

Leslie is a realtor who doesn't slow down when things get difficult. We had a particularly complicated first-time home purchase with a lot of moving parts and unexpected delays, but she handled every hurdle with confidence and professionalism. She took the time to walk us through each issue, made sure we understood our options, and kept us informed every step of the way. Excellent communication, professionalism, knowledge, listening and care to my requests!

Upon meeting Marlin I knew I had made the right decision in selection of realtors by his professionalism, communication skills, property knowledge, negotiating skills, and in command of all processes and procedures in all facets of real estate from beginning to end, and move in.
