Hello my name is Tanita my experience with the Company was great! Working with Mr. Scott was an absolute pleasure! Their deep knowledge of the local market, combined with their incredible communication skills, made the entire home selling process seamless and stress-free. He truly listened to my needs and went above and beyond to find me a buyer, even navigating some challenging situations with expertise and patience when it came to finding someone with do some needed work around the house!I highly recommend Mr. Scott to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor. The process started off dragging because of the property being renting out at the time of being sold! That would have been the most challenging part. But once Mr. Scott found a buyer we continue to stay in communication with each other. The buyer had a few requests on the condition of the roof and other issues that needed repair. Mr. Scoot was on top of it! When he reached out to me he had already done he’s research on great maintenance companies around the area who could assist with the roof repair and the other issues. He always asked if I had any suggestions as well to feel free to looking around as well. That made me feel more confident in the company! Great thing my dad was retired carpenter because he also was able to assist me with labor costs. I would recommend the company to anyone in there surrounding areas! I was able to sell my house and move on from the stress of renting out a home in another state! Thank you again for your hard work, dedication, and determination to get the property sold!
