•So let’s just address the obvious first… yes, Victor is my husband, and yes, he was also my real estate agent when we bought our home. Some people might think that’s risky. I like to think of it as having 24/7 access to my Realtor whether he likes it or not. From the very beginning, Victor treated the process like he would with any of his clients—professional, thorough, and extremely patient. And trust me, patience was required. I had questions… lots of questions. At different times of the day. Sometimes late at night. Sometimes when he thought we were just relaxing on the couch. Instead of getting the usual “I’ll check tomorrow,” I got full explanations about contracts, inspections, negotiations, and market values right then and there. Apparently when you marry a Realtor, you also marry real estate consultations at random hours, lol. Watching him work during the negotiation process was honestly impressive. He was strategic, calm, and always focused on making sure we were protected in the transaction. It was clear he takes his responsibility to represent his clients seriously—even when the client happens to be his wife. The level of detail he pays attention to is also something worth mentioning. At one point I’m pretty sure he inspected things in the house I didn’t even know existed. I half expected him to start checking the structural integrity of the mailbox. All jokes aside, Victor genuinely cares about helping people make good decisions when buying a home. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and always looking out for his clients’ best interests. So yes… this review might be a little biased. But if anything, I’m probably the toughest client he’s ever had. And if he can survive representing me, I’m confident he can handle anyone.
