Jason was excellent in communication and did diligent work to find the investment home for us. He first got into personal touch to get to know us and helped us to clarify what type of property we are looking for. Then he did a lot of homework to pull up numerous houses for us to see. Hands down the best realtor ever!!! She was very attentive ,knowledgeable and responded back extremely fast to any questions and concerns that I had during my home buying and building process. She is extremely nice, very caring and definitely got the job done. She was with me every step of the way from day 1 and even checked on me after closing on the home. She really made this process easy for me and my family and always did it with a smile on her face. It was wonderful to work with Adriana, she previously had helped my mother and was referred to her because of her outstanding knowledge and experience in the Greater Orlando and Central Florida market. Also, her availability professionalism, customer service, advice, recommendations, and all the support given were invaluable. I couldn't have done it without her continued help in details while being deployed and having all my personal belongings, including my pets. Adriana was very clear and strategically found the perfect family who was in need and that showed me another very important characteristic of who she is and how she works. Well where do I start?! Warning: This might be long. Kim and David are WONDERFUL! Dave was not partnered with Kim yet when we were searching for a home in 2020. But because they’ve both been active around our area, and become our friends, we’ve witnessed what a compatible team they are. Yes, 2020, a crazy year, and a crazy market. We have bought and sold various homes over a 40 plus years span. Kim by far was the most invested, professional, knowledgeable and hardworking agent we have had. . She came to each showing appointment with a nice folder with ample information on each house. She knows this area like the back of her hand. She is FULL TIME which is VERY important in our opinion. We found our dream home on 12/16/20. sellers wanted a 12/31/20 close date. THIS was 2 weeks, and during the holidays! with Kim’s amazing, almost magical skills, she made it happen: inspections, negotiations, legal approvals, initiating title approval, etc. You can call her and ask a question, and she’s on it immediately with an answer. With the agent pool so large, I’m compelled and pleased to recommend a team which will work hard for your needs.
