Monica did an outstanding job helping us to buy our condo in Florida. Since the very first contact she established a close communication with us. She had the extra challenge to help us in the distance as we where out of the US, in a different time zone in Europe, which meant to extend working hours!. She had to advice us on every single detail remotely. Monica was our eyes in Florida and she did in such professional way that we did not doubt to proceed with the contract on line. When we arrived in Florida we were ready for the closing signature and everything was perfectly managed. She has very strong skills on technical aspects, processes, negotiation and overall empathy!

Llevo 3 meses viviendo en Orlando y me di cuenta que no fui bien asesorado, he visto varios proyectos con mejores, condiciones, ubicación, etc.. en su momento cofie en esta persona, pero ahora se que lo único que lo motivó fue vender rápido, es una lastima por que la compra de una casa es un proyecto de vida , un hogar , lamentablemente no recibí una información fiable que abarcará todos los aspectos de esta ciudad y su dinámica. No confíen en su agente, en este ni en ninguno solo les importa su venta, el cliente es un numero. Busquen muy bien por si mismos antes de tomar una decisión tan importante.

Jami goes above and beyond in every step of the way possible to help. My Mum is 84 and lives in Mass. and I live 3 hours away in NH. With that being said, we could not have hoped for a more honest, hard working agent to represent us at such a long distance away to see us through. We had a lot of bumps and turns of preparing our older Florida home for sale. From finding an Electrician, plumber, painter and more, she was not only there for us but, for her buying client as well.
