Worked with realtors my entire life, as I own properties in Pennsylvania, typically, I don't like to work with realtors because most of them pressure you or make you feel like you need to buy from them. Sometimes, they seem agitated if you don't buy quickly enough, etc., etc. Patricia worked with me for over a year, and literally at the last minute, I was going to build a house, which she would've made a very small commission if I had built a house instead of buying a house. She never bought an eye and tried to help me find the right builder.
