The second I saw the house I was interested in I reached out to the real estate agent listed on the Zillow listing and was connected with Ileana. She immediately scheduled a virtual walkthrough of the home since I was purchasing from out of state. She handled all of my questions, made herself available through phone, email, and text and even communicated with me on certain aspects of the purchase after hours. She communicates great and is personable as well. She is very knowledgeable and was 100 percent accurate with the details of the area as far as drive times to places of interest as well as commute times to my work location. She really made a very stressful personal journey into an exciting new relocation purchase. When I buy my next home I am definitely calling her again.

Hoss couldn't have done a better job marketing and selling our home. He gave great advice, and tackled every obstacle that came up with speed and professionalism, and helped to make the process as stress free as possible. As a new homes sales consultant, it is important to highlight the Realtor's communication skills, negotiation abilities, and overall professionalism. It would be beneficial to mention how the Realtor effectively represented the seller's interests and worked collaboratively with me as the New Homes Sales consultant throughout the transaction. Luis was very attentive to his buyer and great with communicating with me through the transaction. It was a smooth transaction. Great Realtor.

I am glad I got to work with Mayra . She is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, humble, and has patience human being. She helped me get through this process that seemed an eternity but realistically it wasn’t. I am glad she was my agent. Overall nothing in life comes easy there is always obstacles along the way making it a rollercoaster but working with her was a great experienced. Communication between an agent is a plus and she indeed had communication with me at all times during this exciting journey!
