Eric is an extraordinarily attentive, thoughtful, and trustworthy agent. His communication was continuous, helpful, and supportive. His willingness to support the often complex and cumbersome sale process went above and beyond any expectations I had - in addition to just showing the house, he was willing to oversee repairs, collect mail, and in general keep an eye on it while we were out of town. It was liking having an extra (and very helpful!) friend in town. But Eric was also very knowledgeable and informative about the process as well - for example, the real estate market was in flux in summer 2024, when we were selling, and we had a lengthy conversation about the implications of that which was super helpful and fully focused on what our interests were, even to the (possible) disadvantage of Eric himself.
