I’d like to start out by saying that both my husband and myself were absolutely amazed by Eric.
We started our house sale process by interviewing three agents. Since we had both bought and sold property before, we had a pretty good idea off what we expected from a Realtor and what we didn’t want to deal with. After spending some time with the first gentleman we both decided that he was not for us. The second agent was much better and we thought he was the one. Then we met with Eric.
Eric has a great personality that immediately draws you in. He came across as completely trustworthy (this later proved to be true!), he has a great sense of humor when appropriate, he had done his homework and knew the neighborhood and had the most through and impressive marketing plan that either of us had ever seen. We decided he was the one and couldn’t wait to see where he valued our home. He did not disappoint there either.
We lost count of the number of showings we had, but we are hear to tell you, the marketing program Eric uses works!
Throughout the entire process, and it had some difficult times, Eric was right there, texting information, calling when necessary, always available. (We’re not sure when he sleeps or takes a day off.) We never doubted he had our back and would do whatever it took to get the sale through. Did I mention that he is amazing?
With all the agents that we have dealt with over the past 50 years, he is heads above all the others and in our opinion, in a class of his own. The elite class of agents. And a genuinely nice person.
If you are looking for the best, it’s Eric Wilson. But please don’t take our word for it. Meet him yourself and see if you agree.
