I was referred to Daniel to sell a condo in Lakeland. Daniel helped me out with some things we needed to arrange to get the place ready to be sold, which was helpful since I was not local to the property. With our initial meeting with Sheree and working through the marketing of our home, we felt she understood our needs and explained what to expect. From the beginning of signing the contract she was in communication with us and was always reassuring and addressed any and all questions or concerns we had! We always knew that if she was tied up no matter what time of day she ALWAYS got back to us! Her professionalism and respect for the homeowner was always present but was friendly and personal as well! An offer was made within 4 days of the contract. This part of selling could have been more difficult but she helped relieve any doubt that arose! Having her arrange the closing to be done at our home made things much easier! We shall always be grateful for that initial meeting because it was then that we knew we had someone who cared and that set the tone for the entire process! Kathy and I are more than grateful!

Their deep knowledge of the local market, combined with their incredible communication skills, made the entire home selling process seamless and stress-free. He truly listened to my needs and went above and beyond to find me a buyer, even navigating some challenging situations with expertise and patience when it came to finding someone with do some needed work around the house!I highly recommend Mr. Scott to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor. The process started off dragging because of the property being renting out at the time of being sold! That would have been the most challenging part. But once Mr. Scott found a buyer we continue to stay in communication with each other. The buyer had a few requests on the condition of the roof and other issues that needed repair. Mr. Scoot was on top of it! When he reached out to me he had already done he’s research on great maintenance companies around the area who could assist with the roof repair and the other issues. He always asked if I had any suggestions as well to feel free to looking around as well. That made me feel more confident in the company! Great thing my dad was retired carpenter because he also was able to assist me with labor costs. I would recommend the company to anyone in there surrounding areas! I was able to sell my house and move on from the stress of renting out a home in another state! Thank you again for your hard work, dedication, and determination to get the property sold!
