Hoss Pollard went above and beyond, several times, in all aspects of my buying a house. I had a friend work with him in the past and I knew when I went to buy that he was the only agent I wanted. From finding me the perfect house, I was not easy on him, to dealing with all the issues that needed to be fixed, to the final closing, Hoss was always there. Answered every question I had, replied very promptly to every text or phone call I made to him. Calmed my every fear. Assured me this was going to happen when I was freaking out. Mine was a difficult buy because there were things that had to be fixed before I could close. Hoss spent a lot of time dealing with the selling agent, dealing with contractors, making sure that I got the house I wanted and everything was done correctly to clear my 4 point inspection. He never complained, just told me some houses are harder than others to get things done and closed.
