He was our selling realtor on our last property, he was able to work with us even through the uncertainty of Covid-19. He was on the ball with all the changes that had to be made to the contracts by us or by the buyers. He has always used technology to save us time. Sending us all the paper work and signature requests electronically made everything run smoothly. He's been our realtor for the past ten years for a reason, because he is one of the best realtors out there.

Jim, and his wife which is a great dynamic duel gives you the best of all sales possibilities. I purchase my existing house through the Jim, at a great price, and then sold my old house which was 2-hour drive away from their office and sold it substantially above asking price. The commission rate was 1% less than industry standards. I highly recommend Jim as the best realtor you could ever have.

My husband and I live out of state and were the executors or my father-in-law's estate. Not being local could have been very challenging but Meryem made it a breeze for us. She went above and beyond and handled so many details to help us get the house emptied, maintained, cleaned and sold.
