I met Jans at an open house in January 2020, pre-COVID. I wasn’t ready to start actively looking until May, in the midst of COVID. As such, inventory was low and most of the homes on the we market were overpriced, required at least $40k in renovations to meet our expectations, or became involved in bidding wars.
