Bill has supported my real estate transaction in Lutz, Florida....instead of 'support', I must say, he 'led' the charge from the front from day 1 onwards. Bill helped me identify the areas based on several key factors, he always provided his unbiased recommendation for each property we visited. Once the property was locked in he led all the discussions with the seller which was quite a complicated experience. The seller was an LLC comprised of multiple people with different motives and approaches to work. Bill managed all the complications really nicely and patiently. If Bill was not my realtor, I am sure I could not have closed this property! I have already recommended him highly to my family and friends.
