Ben provides best in class real estate services, especially for investors, in the Tampa/ St Pete area. He has been instrumental in identifying properties, arranging virtual tours, assisting with 1031 exchange, and coordinating remote closings. He is always up to speed on upcoming changes and gets the job done. Highly recommended!

Marilu is a wonderful person and realtor. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did she get us a home with everything we wanted, but she also kept us informed every step of the way. We could have not asked for a better realtor than her. If it wasn’t for her and her team, we would’ve not closed on our home. They stayed on top of everything and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. It was a wonderful experience working with her. And I am grateful to have her by my side. We look forward to purchasing our next home with her.

This was the best selling experience I have ever had! Not only did Kristen and her team take care of almost everything, they really worked out every little detail. So on point, knowledgeable, detailed oriented, personable, and she really knows the market and HOW to list your property to not only show well, but SELL! This is the best team you will ever work with. Many thanks for everything

Was an absolute pleasure and a blessing to have Sigrid in our corner. Was always courteous and well prepared, she went above and beyond anything I could have expected with working around my work schedule and running around at night and on weekends. If not for Sigrids dedication and reassurances I most likely would still be renting! You won't regret having her on your side!

Lana is simply amazing. She was extremely prompt, answered all our questions, gave great recommendations and worked very hard for me. She helped us sell our home over asking and find the best home for my family during such a wild market. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is top notch and one of the best.

Wow! Where do I begin? My fiancé and I were first-time home buyers during this crazy 2020/2021 market. Christie is so knowledgeable in her field, and she made sure to educate us so we fully understood the process. She was very patient with us as we had a lot of questions. Christie was quick to find new homes on the market and would call us immediately. She was very great at communicating. When I needed her, she was there. Something that stood out to be about Christie was how she treated my fiancé and I like family. She NEVER pushed a home on us to get a sale. When she could tell we weren't completely in love with a home or if it was a home she wouldn't want her own children living in, she encouraged us to walk away from the offer. With the help of Christie we found our dream home and we are in love with it! It was worth the wait. Since we moved into our home in April 2021, we have still been in communication with Christie as she has given us amazing referrals for tree service companies, electricians, contractors and more! If you use Christie as a realtor, you will gain more than just a home; you will also gain a friend.
