Kajal's extensive market knowledge and marketing abilities were second to none. She was thorough and meticulous in listing our property and ensured we'd get top dollar (which we did!) from sale of our home. She had a great marketing strategy and was completely transparent with the listing of the home as well as with what to expect during the sell process. She was always available for a call or to meet in person and was very accessible. We will recommend her services to all our friends & family and will be seeking for services for future home buys and listings!

I closed a vacation home in Davenport in April 2021 and Wagner was my agent. He is very knowledgeable, humble, very patient, friendly, very quick to respond, and a very trustworthy person. He was easily accessible and available even late evening for discussions which was important to me. Overall a great guy! He also hooked me up with a local mortgage agent who was great.

Kristen and her team, (shout out to Helen too), could not have done a better job in serving our family. They went far beyond any agents we have had in times past. Our house sold in two days and for more than the asking price. They were kind and helpful in so many ways as they not only did their job but with great care for all that our family was going through in addition to the selling of the home. We highly recommend Kristen and her team as you will get much more than you are expecting. :)

Buying a house can be challenging to say the least, but with Stacy has my realtor I could not have ask for a more qualified realtor. I have bought and sold a house with Stacy as my realtor. I cannot express enough the amount of knowledge Stacy has in Real Estate, her professionalism, her consistent communication, her friendliness, and her attention to detail, it is mind blowing. She is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I would highly recommend Stacy Dillard at The Real Estate Shop.

We bought our home with Judith as our agent and liked her so much that when the time came to sell the property a few years later she was the first person we called! She walked us through every step and made sure we got the best price.

Laura is the greatest realtor. Another realtor was unable to find the home we wanted in the area we preferred. Laura listened to what we needed and after several different viewings was able to find the home in the perfect area. She keeps in touch and does everything possible to satisfy our wishes. We are very happy with our home and everything that Laura has done to make it happen. She has gone above and beyond to make our move possible. She even checks in after the move to see if there is anything else she can do for us. I would refer anyone who needs a realtor to call Laura Charles.....
