Matt made us feel like we were his only clients! He was very prompt about getting back to us with answers to any questions we had & he was great about getting us in quickly to see properties that we were interested in. He also has great negotiating skills & was able to help us get a good deal on a home. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

In the beginning we had Rocket Mortgage, we sold our home, we drove to Florida. On Veteran's Day, I received a call from Rocket Mortgage stating that since did not have a job they canceled our loan, they stated taht my wife could not be on the loan because she was not a Veteran. Connie, being our realtor, she stated to us " Do not worry I got this", she found us a company that provide it us with a very low interests VA loan. Not only did she work with us, but she is also passionate, dedicated and truly motivated. She found us the house of our dreams, and we are living next to our beautiful granddaughter. This was a wish come true and thank you to Connie I did not become a homeless Veteran. So, we truly want to say thank you so much for all your help. We are so grateful for all the hard work you've done to not only help us, but by being there by our side, and for finding our dream home as well. We are endlessly grateful to have you as our agent and friend and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out. We love you very much Connie!

Matthew is a caring, compassionate agent who listened to my family and me. He found several beautiful homes in our price range and when we saw the one we fell in love with he acted quickly to negotiate a contact and ultimately got the deal. He worked tirelessly with us from selling our old home to finding our forever home.

It was a pleasure working with the best realtor in Florida. He found exactly what I wanted, and in my price range, despite the crazy Florida housing market. I'm looking forward to working with Earl again in the future.
