Excellent Service
My wife and I agree that the real estate service we received from Tony and his wife Melanie was superior. They went above and beyond keeping us posted on what we needed to know as the process of purchasing our home here in Magnolia Plantation, Lake Mary, FL. unfolded. We moved here from Tennessee and much of the work had to be completed by phone, email and FaceTime. They took the time to work with us on our visits here as well as looking at homes on FaceTime. They were very thorough in guiding us as we searched for our new home. My wife and I have bought and sold a dozen houses over the course of over 40 years and the attention we received from Tony and Melanie has been the best thus far. Not that we look forward to it but there is a chance we may have to move again in two or three years. Tony will the guy I call when it's time to list.

Renee is Amazing!

Patience of a saint!
I called Tony's office on a chance I live in Tennessee and inherited a home in Zephyrhills, Florida. I needed it to sell, what should have been an easy sale turned into six months of agony. I couldn't of asked for a better Realtor to do everything beyond his power to get the property sold and move on. There were so many obstacles but he hung in there and helped me in every way he could. I highly recommend him for loyalty and honesty!

Ileana is AMAZING
It is an extremely personal and emotional experience when selling your home. Especially one you've been in for over 20 years. Ileana's vast knowledge and experience allowed us to focus on what we needed to get done in our home while she took care of EVERYTHING else. She doesn't just know the market, she helps prepare you and your home prior to the sale. She walks you through every aspect and makes sure you understand the documentation and expectations so you are comfortable every step of the way. In addition, she assisted and advised on our new home purchase although she does not live or work in the area we moved to. She never hesitates to go above and beyond for her clients.
