We were in a very tough position, I am very I'll, and we had been living life on the beach. The landlord pulled something sketchy, less than 35 days notice to move or suffer a rent increase of $750.00 per month starting January 1st. Patty worked with us day and night understanding what we were facing. She had such patience with me and my minimal computer skills. She walked me through it all the way. After my husband died ?? I had to sell my 4 bed 3 bth house ?? and I could not have done that without the help of Richie ?? he listed but went above and beyond….. He knew I was grieving saying goodbye to my home with so many memories ?????The carpets needed cleaning he had done and paid , he made little repairs and painting that my husband couldn’t do ..
