In a competitive market you need a master negotiator that works fast to help you close the deal and you'll find that in Ben. The home we secured literally had one day of open house on a Saturday and offers had to be submitted by Monday for a decision. He provided us with considerations in crafting our contract and made sure we were comfortable and on board with all the terms. Once our offer was accepted, he went above and beyond in guiding us on next steps all the way to closing day (30 day period), including recommendations for mortgage lender, home inspection, and home insurance to jumpstart the process.
