The current market is not an easy one to navigate. We looked at so many houses in our search for the perfect one, and Connie was with us every step of the way. Throughout the process she looked out for our best interest, it wasn't about just making the transaction which I believe is a rare thing to find these days. We truly felt she cared about our well-being and showed it by going the extra mile to protect our interests. Connie was transparent and communicative, it was easy to get a hold of her and she answered all of our questions, no matter how small. There wasn't any hesitation on her part to contact the seller's agent to get information for us, or to tap into her extensive resource network to make sure we had the best information possible to make decisions. Again, we weren't just a transaction to her, we felt truly taken care of throughout the process. There were some instances where it felt like she worked a miracle to get us something we needed in a short amount of time, we are so happy we chose her to represent us! Buying a house comes with so many tiny details that need to be attended to, Connie was always on top of it. She knew the particulars about our situation and being VA buyers, there are tons of them. Before we even set foot on a property she'd already noted the things that would be important for our lending process (like roof age and if seller accepted VA offers) so we were looking at actual potential homes. No detail was left hanging, it made things so easy for us. We cannot recommend Connie enough to anyone looking for a realtor. She is kind, responsive, caring, knowledgable, and willing to go to bat for you. Her efforts took the stress out of a very stressful process and we are now in a home that works for our family!
