We turned to Dawn after our previous realtor struggled with selling our home. What Dawn brought to the table was unreal. She knew Mountain Brook Village like no one else. But wait....there's more. We signed the required documents to get her to represent us. She did the video and pictures (at her cost, mind you), and then the next day, I received a call from Dawn. I thought she would update me on the pictures or the listing. Nope. We received a full-price offer already. Wait what? We JUST signed documents! It's true. After that, she went to work taking care of minor repairs and coordinating every aspect of the deal. She updated us regularly and displayed that sense of urgency rarely seen in this industry. She is something special in the real estate business, and I recommend her to anyone searching for a different type of real estate agent.

We contacted Dawn from a newsletter we had received from her. She promptly met with us for an interview and we selected her based on her knowledge of the market, our agreement on how to prepare for the listing and on the asking price. Before listing Dawn had recommendations for contractors to make a few repairs, refurbish tile and do a deep clean. Then Dawn listed the house and scheduled multi-day open houses. Within 5 days we had an offer for our asking price. After the inspection by the buyers she again knew who to contact make repairs. We really appreciated her knowledge of who to contact to make repairs before listing and to satisfy the inspection. This really saved us a great deal of time and made it a relatively easy process. During the entire process Dawn discussed every step with us so we knew exactly with to expect and what we needed to do as sellers. She worked closely with the buyer's realtor to complete the sale. Dawn's knowledge of the market, the selling/buying process and communication with us and the buyer was outstanding. We highly recommend Dawn whether you are selling or buying. We tried - (unsuccessfully) with another agency in 2024 to sell my parents house in a 55+ development, giving the listing agent 6 months to sell it. I interviewed 4 agents in early 2025 and we picked Dawn, based on the interviews and talking with 5 parties that had used her. Everyone had many, many positive things to say about their - buying or selling experience with her. She laid out a plan to sell the home, had her data collected to present, and we moved forward.
