•We could not have imagined this process of buying our first home without Sam. We originally chose to work with Sam due to his reputation of being extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but we quickly learned these were only a few benefits of going through the home buying process with Sam. Before we started this process, we did not truly know how doable any of this was, but immediately after our first meeting, we thought to ourselves “wow we really CAN do this.” Sam was always extremely patient, informative, and thorough, all while communicating to and for us. There was no question we didn’t feel comfortable asking, and there was no time of the day/night we didn’t feel comfortable reaching out. Sam operates with the perfect balance of being informative when you need his expert opinion, and respectful/attentive when it was time for us to make important decisions for ourselves. We are so thankful for Sam and would recommend him to all of our friends and family.
