I have the utmost respect and confidence in Chris as a realtor. I had to take over the finances and daily dealings of my aunt and uncle last year when my aunt entered memory care and my uncle went into a deep depression. After many months we decided it would be best to sell their home for a more suitable independent apartment for my Uncle. Little did I know Chris had already been working with them for a few years. Keeping in touch and providing guidance on the housing market. Chris worked tirelessly with us on every aspect of the sale from initial contact through all the work necessary to get the aging home ready for sale. Chris was especially a godsend as I live in Richmond so couldn’t be at the house to meet all the contractors and check on work. Finally the house was being put on the market just as the pandemic was ramping up and Chris swiftly got everything in order and found a buyer and we closed remotely without any problems.
