Having sold our house in the southwest U.S. in November, 2016, and then having driven across country to start looking for a house in the mid-Atlantic area, my wife and I came into contact with John Burke via a listing which he had. Although that specific listing did not turn out to be the house we wanted, we did work with John for some 4 1/2 months before we purchased the home in which we are now living. We have worked with a number of real estate agents in the past, but we both agree that John worked his way up to the number one position of all agents with whom we have ever worked. While John's sense of humor made the process of working with him quite easy and while his knowledge of real estate issues was most helpful, it was John's availability and his persistence in helping us find a home which impressed us the most. In fact, John gave us a time slot each day during which he agreed to make himself available to show us properties. His dedication to help us find a house was unwavering. We have dealt with John as "buyers" only (not as "sellers"), but we are confident that the same qualities which we observed as buyers would be available to sellers as well. We recommend him most highly. We can't image John doing a better job for us than he did.
