•You would be hard pressed to find a more diligent, personable and patient agent. The search for a home for my disabled son took longer than anticipated because we were attempting to keep costs down. John scoured the listings and provided us with options on a daily basis. He was also responsive to listings I found on Zillow that interested me and arranged viewings that were accommodating to our schedules. He interfaced with the owners and seller's agents directly and prepared all necessary paperwork when we finally placed a bid. The relationship formed seemed like a partnership to accomplish the task at hand. He was always available through telephone, email and texting. When I closed, the seller had scheduled a time for her closing that was later in the day, and John made an extra visit to the title company to pick up the keys and deliver them personally saving me a trip so I could begin the move-in process the same day. Did I mention we closed Christmas week?
