My husband had recently died. I made a decision that selling and buying a smaller place was what Ineeddd. Rachel had been supportive and caring to me during the last months of my husbands life. Shortly after he died I found out through another neighbor on FB that she was a realtor. That was my lucky day. She became not only my realtor but also my advisor. I asked what can I do that will make my house sell more easily. She asked questions to determine a few little things , then advised me of a few small things I could do. She was by my side throughout the entire process - answering questions and making sure I understood everything that I needed to do and how she would help me throughout the closing. She helped me find a place perfect for me and my needs. Again she was there with me throughout it all. I am so pleased with the new place. Rachel showed me many resales but she understood I would be more happy with a new sale. And gently guide me and showed me a couple of places over and over until I could make a decision. I have bought and sold several homes, but this was the best experience ki have ever had.
