•I had to move back to DC to be closer to my parents and needed my condo in Boca sold quickly. Jason stepped in and really took the stress off my plate. Everything was handled efficienty and profesionaly and I always felt like I knew what was going on without having to chase anyone down. He made a tough transition a lot easier than I expected. And his 1% is no joke it really helped me save money while still getting the best service I have ever had with a realtor. Mucho gracias to Jason for getting it done the right way. Highly recommend him if you want someone who actually delivers results
