•We have bought and sold houses, and we have seen more than our share of “pretty good” and “not-so-good” real estate agents. In the hot market, everybody who is anybody gets a real estate license, the average quality obviously suffers. That is why when the fortune smiles on you, and you luck out to meet a great real estate agent, you thank the lucky stars and hold on to her for all that is worth. Lena Laktshtanova was that gift from G-d to us when we moved houses recently. From day one, when we saw our first house with her, we knew she was something special. It goes without saying that she knew every square foot of Boca Raton that we were shopping in, all the good local agents, and all the current and future building projects around. She guided us deftly around some serious financial pitfalls, worked around our complicated demands and expectations, anticipated very accurately pricing trends in our existing community, predicted the rapid price rise in the community we were buying in. In other words, we saved a load of money, and had the least painful and stressful house sale and house purchase ever! You would be lucky to work with a real estate agent as good as Lena. So quit looking around. Just call her up!
