•Stop. This is the realtor you're looking for... We had to sell our Hollywood beach apartment in the middle of meetings in Europe, a mountain of work, and while starting a whole project on the other side of the state. We needed a realtor that was going to be on top of things for us, so that we could focus on all the other stuff. Having had some experiences in the past where I ended upn doing as much or more work than the realtor, I knew I had to look hard this time. Based on the amazing reviews, we went with Lilli. We didn't regret it for a second. She handled everything, and supplied us with constant updates on what was going on. The best part however, is how she was on top of communications with the horrid HoA. I won’t go into detail, but you could write real estate horror stories with everything that happened. Lilli handled it all with a sense of humor and incredible patience. I imagine many others would have croaked under all the nonsense, but she just kept looking forward and for solutions. Thanks so much for all the help, Lilli. We’ll definitely be recommending you to everyone we know.
