Best Agent I have ever worked with

Adele and her team go over and beyond what I have ever seen an agent does to sell a house. She insures that the house is ready for sale by staging the house for sale meticulously. She also understands the market on pricing and desirability and maximizes the sale price for the seller. Lastly she ensures that the buyers are qualified to close and works through the entire due diligence and closing process to ensure that there is no re-trade or monies spent by the seller for repairs. She does her homework upfront. I would highly recommend Adele and her team. This is the second sale I had used her on in our family and she delivers better than any other agent i have ever worked with.
