We had been trying to buy in SF since 2016, and despite putting offers in, we never had a chance to secure a property. We didn’t know it at the time, but we were working with a horrible realtor who wasn’t being honest with us. She also was never available when we wanted to tour homes. Six years later, I decided to contact Desare Krishnan and the Krishnan Team. Desare put us in contact with Desare, and we were so happy she did. Desare quickly responded to our e-mails, phone calls, and text messages. We also worked with Lauren, who was also super fast and very easy to work with. Desare always made us feel like we were a very high priority, and we valued her work ethic and integrity. When we finally put an offer on a condo, she worked until midnight to negotiate the price and help secure our new home! She’s a tactician, and she knows how to navigate the real estate waters like a true professional. Desare helped fulfill our dream of finally buying a property in SF, which happened on our very first written offer! I honestly don’t think this would have happened without her and her team. My only regret is we should have contacted her six years ago when we first tried to buy a home in SF.

Desare Kohn-Laski and her team helped me sell my condo this year. I can say without reservation that her team did an excellent job in every aspect, from specifying what needed to be upgraded in the condo, getting the right contractors and inspecting their work, to staging the condo and marketing the condo in multimedia and helping me decide on the right sales price in a changing, cooling market. After I had given her team my keys to the unit, I didn’t have to set foot in the unit again because it was all taken care of. While there are other realtor teams who can probably handle this aspect pretty well too, Desare and her team stands out for me because I think, one, she has the eye for it, by which I mean that she knew how to put in the right color paint at the right place, the right fixtures, and the right furniture for staging so as to bring out the best in my condo. She has an experienced team who has worked with her for many years so that by now, her project manager, her paint and kitchen contractor, and her stager are all guided by a common standard of excellence. Two, Desare knows how to do marketing. Even just from her mailings, you can tell she is savvy and up-to-date about market conditions. I had actually interviewed 3 prospective agents, but she was the only one who followed up with tactful reminders, while I was deciding. I am sure that she is just as persistent --- but in a nice way, with prospective buyers. This is what you can get with confidence when you hire Desare's team.
