•I can't say enough about how important it was that we worked with Federico as our Realtor. This market is absolutely crazy right now with how competitive it is along with how unrealistic sellers are. With his area knowledge, experience, and expertise, we were able to make an aggressive offer without overpaying to secure our home. He did all the due diligence and research needed to structure the offer correctly, so that it caught the seller's eye, but didn't put us in a position to overpay in this market. I'll definitely be using him again in the future and have been recommending him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell their home.
