•I was honestly pretty nervous to work with another realtor because of a bad experience I had before they didn't look out for me and my best interest. I wish I had met Jason before because hes seriously a top notch realtor. From start he made everything so easy & smooth. He always kept me updated with calls & text & explained everything clearly to me. He really had my back & got me an amazing deal on my place. On top of all that his 1% listing fee saved me so much money and it is really just 1%. What impressed me most was that he included so much more than the other agent I talked to who wanted to charge me 3% to list & was doing so much less than Jason. Just because someone is with a big name company doesn't mean they are the better choice. Its the realtor that makes the difference & Jason proved that for sure. Will only use Jason to buy or sell.
