•Lance was a great find for me. His knowledge of the area was a great asset for someone who was relocating from the north. His professionalism and eagerness to help in any way possible was refreshing considering this day and age where you are on your own. He was with me right to the end of closing making sure every detail was complete. We had many hurtles that we had to contend with but with his guidance we were able to complete each on timely basis. Lance goes over and above to make your purchase as smooth as possible, which is greatly appreciated. He does little things which you don't always think of which makes him a very special agent. One that is a keeper if I should ever have to move again. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent that will take care of you.
