Knowledgeable,͏ Helpful, and Available John knows the market and was always very responsive to any requests we sent. We really were not sure what we were looking for so he sent a number of different types of MLS home feeds that gave us information on all of the different types of properties we were considering. When we heard of a property from a friend that had only been on the market in her neighborhood for a few short hours we called John and he was very quick to respond, get the information we needed to make a decision and we had a contract on the house by the next day. This would not have been possible without his quick response. Any questions we had, he generally had an answer to us within a few hours and if for some reason he could not get an answer right away, he kept us appraised of the situation. John was also very respectful and we never once felt like we were being pushed into something. At the same time, he was always quick to respond to any questions we had with helpful thoughts on the market or the properties we were interested in. We would highly recommend John as a realtor to anyone who is interested in purchasing a property. His expertise made the process incredibly easy and we are very grateful.
