I could not have asked for a better person to help my brother and me sell our mom's home. Personally Jon is a wonderful guy. He took genuine concern for the situation we were in with the loss of our mother and selling of the family home. From helping get the yard and garage cleaned up to getting our pool back to blue Jon wasn't scared to get his hands dirty and put in the extra effort that I'm beyond grateful for. His knowledge of the local market was spot on. In roughly 2 weeks we were under contract for our originally predicted selling price.
