•I’ve bought and sold several houses and without a doubt this was the most complicated due to the sellers and the fact that I was 200 miles away and was trying to be as connected to the process as possible. When I couldn’t be there, which was the majority of the time, Heidi took care of everything. She was the one making sure the inspectors were there and doing their jobs. I had a lot of questions and she always pass them along to the sellers or the listing agents and stayed on top of it until she finally got some kind of answer. I tried to be reasonable and the times I contacted her and she was always available for questions or issues. Heidi was very easy to work with and we frequently we’re thinking the same things about the house that we were looking at, that made the house finding process fun. She listened to what I was looking for and why I was looking for specific things in a property, and I didn’t have to remind her each time we went out looking, even though she had multiple clients. I highly recommend Heidi Andrade, and when it comes time for me to sell the property, I just purchased. She will be the one I call.
