Nancy redefines "personal customer service...

Nancy redefines "personal customer service". She was always quick with an answer, very responsive, kept a positive attitude during stressful moving and selling house times and always had a great reliable reference to offer if we needed a window replaced or cabinet painted. Selling your house isn't easy but Nancy worked very hard to make it as painless as possible. She has a good working knowledge of different mortgage types and can answer questions on most realestate issues. If she doesn't know the answer she's quick to find out. I highly recommend Nancy as your advocate while selling and buying your next house.

We contacted Nancy with a self imposed, very short deadline to move. Nancy set up the staging, recommended excellent vendors to have work done to get our house ready to sell. Once we had it listed it only took her four days to find a buyer. Nancy worked to help us get the property inspection issues addressed and worked with the buyers agent to make sure the settlement went smoothly. She even helped with our settlement on the house we were purchasing. In short, Nancy is the right person for the job.

Thank you Nancy for a three day sale! Selling a home is stressful enough, but Nancy was able to guide us through the process calmly, thoughtfully, and efficiently. Her knowledge of trusted local contractors was very helpful - it enabled us to make last minute improvements and adjustments to our home before sale. Negotiation skills are outstanding. We closed on a new house within two days of her selling our old home, and she went out of her way to ensure a smooth closing on our new home. She is a real estate savvy professional. Highly recommend!
