•As offers would come in, Linda would provide great guidance on how to counter in order to maximize our profit. She was very receptive to all my questions about the entire process and my recommendations to add to counter offers which helped a lot during negotiations. I appreciate so much all she did for my mom and the family during this period. Such a hard thing to sell your parents house that they built and lived in for 40 years! I know that this was a challenge for her as well since the house WAS 40 years old and things needed fixed, remodeled, etc and she was showing the house as is initially which i know was difficult. Thank you for your hard work, your dedication and your friendship Linda!!!!
