John is an incredible realtor who exceeded my expectations. He is always prompt when replying to questions and when negotiating offers. His knowledge of Real Estate and modern data driven property market tools is impressive and was invaluable when I was searching for a property to buy. He was able to help me put down almost nothing out of pocket to acquire this property. Besides inspections, I only spent the $2000 earnest money for a deposit to the seller's escrow on the deal and I still got several hundred back after closing. This allowed me to renovate with the cash I had planned to use for a down payment. He even referred me to a sub contractor to help with the renovations.
