•I worked with Israel to buy a home in Oakland. The competition was fierce at that time, and Israel was able to advise me on ways to make my offer more competitive after about 3 months of looking (faster than my previous agent) we were able to buy a home. He advised me that due to the structure of the building I could use the newly available ADU laws to divide the home into a small ADU and regular house and rent the ADU unit for additional income. He helped me throughout the remodeling process. When I had questions about how certain changes or finishes would affect resale value he was there to respond and help along the way. . I'm really happy with his advice, he brought a lot of value to the process of buying a home and to the home itself.
