I really can't figure out why anyone would go with the traditional 3% agent when there is someone like Mark who does just as good a job for less money. We would use him again for sure.

My wife sourced Mark from her research on the website. I was skeptical using this type of service especially having to dish out a few hundred dollars prior selling the property. Ok, so I am old school but never too old to learn or admit I was wrong! Mark proved me wrong and I am thankful he was our agent! Very knowledgeable throughout the entire process making sure we were covered in all respects while selling our home. We have used Mark Tidwell as our realtor in a recent home sale. He is thorough, detailed and to the point. The no non-sense business etiquette and fluid transaction sticks out! While selling your home can become daunting and laden with too many details and decisions, Mark will step you through them quickly and help you tailor the selling process.
