Jose was great start to finish. My wife and I trusted him with our home and he got the job done. Not to mention in a timely fashion as well. Jose was able to negotiate a sales price that over exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more happy with how easy everything was. Jose's open communication style insured my wife and I were prepared, informed, and nonetheless, confident through the whole process. Thank you again Jose for going above and beyond for the Garcias!

Jose made the home buying process super easy and lots of fun! He kept us up to date with all the information we needed and constantly reassured us. I put my trust in Jose, and he didn’t let me down one step of the way. I recommend him to family, friends, and anybody looking for real estate!

Professional, intelligent, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the coop board. She made it really easy to move to my property #3. Best part now: "I have Christine as my friend not my agent". Thank you Christine.

Jose worked with us on buying a first house for a young couple. He was very flexible, including pausing our search to match the end of an apartment lease. From that point forward, he worked to find a property that fit the budget (which was tight) and with an awareness of what conditions would fit the ability to maintain the house. His connections helped with all of the details around inspections, insurance in Florida, utilities, and being sure the condition at closing was right. Couldn't have done this without him being on our side!

As a first time home buyer I was SCARED! Jose was referred to me by a mutual friend of ours. I will always remember the first day we met in Sanford. Little did we know we were in for a ride!! He listened to me every step of the way and knew exactly what I wanted. My wants and needs in a home were definitely not ignored. He was always available and Always on my side. The minute I walked Into my home I knew it was the one and he made sure he made it happened! I am forever grateful and blessed to have met And worked with Jose. I cant wait to do it again the future!!
