•As a first time homeowner, unfamiliar with the process, I knew that there were a few things that I wanted in a realtor: -Patience, in order to answer all my anxiety-driven questions -Flexibility, because myself and my partner both lead busy lives and needed someone that would work with our schedules -Organized and detailed so that even when things feel chaotic, I could count on her to keep everything straight -Straight forward, and not too timid to voice opinions/concerns, both positive and negative -Honest, for obvious reason -Excellent communicator, because sometimes we need a lot of follow up, reminders, and check ins to get things done, And most importantly... Experience. It was incredibly important for us to have a realtor that knew the business, and that could give us information and direction that came from real life experience, and not a handbook. For us, that was invaluable. Cindy not just met, but far exceeded all of our expectations. Her professionalism, encouragement, and fun personality, were all just the sprinkles on top. If you are looking for top tier, Cindy is your gal. 10/10 would recommend, and will absolutely go to her again for our next home purchase, and recommend to all out family and friends!
