Samone for President!!! Amidst a world of chaos and craziness this wonderful woman brought our family peace. It sold in three days with three offers, right in range of the comps that sold. His communication was very fast. The showing suite software kept me updated and informed. Nathan learned our desires for properties to view and usually selected from that set. He showed us a lot of properties. In terms of selling our property, he helped to guide us in setting a good price and negotiating around it. We started a bit high, but he advised us well after that to set what we ended up with. He especially helped us make our way through the process, which has changed a lot since we last went through it.
