Corine was very responsive in walking us thru our home selling process. She did a thorough market analysis and recommended a selling price that was more than we had anticipated. When it came time to list, she gave suggestions on how to stage our home for the best possible presentation pictures. The house then sold in less than a week very close to the listing price. Corine was very responsive in answering questions whenever we reached out. She went above and beyond and assisted with some last minute challenges and the closing was seamless. Donna's market knowledge was excellent-we had a very unusual property but her consideration of the value and her handling of the flood of inquiries and showings proved the value of her professionalism. She communicated regularly and always to the point, and she ultimately brought us multiple offers all of which were above list, and we accepted an offer with a significant premium. We credit Donna's advice on the listing price as making this premium possible. And she handled the closing for us as we were unable to attend and all went well. We are extremely pleased with her as a realtor.

Evelyn is truly one of a kind. I will start by saying that we worked together for nearly a year to find the perfect home for me.
